As most items are one of a kind, they are non returnable unless not as described. That being said, if you have any problem when item received, please email me within 3 days of receipt of item. I will do my best to make you happy. Should item have to be returned, it must be returned within seven days of notification.
if return is necessary, you must notify me within 3 days of receipt of package, and you will receive a return order authorization in order for a refund to be processed, orders returned without this will not be processed
