Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

I SHIP DAILY! Monday through Saturday. Item must be paid by midnight the day before. Same day shipping on most items depending on time paid and volume. If you have any questions, please let me know. I can be reached at [email protected].

Shipping policy

Items ship either same day or the day after payment received which is normally within 48 hours with the exception of weekends and postal holidays. Items over 15 oz ship via priority mail. Items under 15 oz ship via First class USPS mail.
Priority is normally 2 to 4 days in transit. First class can be 3 to 10 business days in transit.
Please be sure you have given us your USPS parcel address for delivery.
Express mail is shipped either same day depending upon time paid and we are notified or day after payment and may be delivered overnight or 2 day according to the service schedule for your postal area. Express mail USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. You must be available to sign for Express mail or the post office will leave you notice and you will have to pick up the following day. Express mail is an additional postage fee: (example 30.00 for a mask) The difference would be added to your existing purchase cost but needs to be invoiced. Please let us know what day you need delivery by if requesting express mail. Express mail delivery time is guaranteed by the post office, not me. The guarantee is only good if you are there to sign for it. If they attempted delivery on time and you are not there they did their job. The guarantee is only good for the USPS portion and not handling fee or item.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on new unopened and unused merchandise. Authorization required. Make claims of damage or item issues within 3 days of receipt. Postmark within a week of authorization. Refunds are less shipping charges and 20% restock fee under normal circumstances. I do not provide paid labels.

Details unless otherwise stated:
MASKS or other Miscellaneous wearable items must not have any sign of wear, they must have all tags and plastic wrap included, unless otherwise stated clearance or used etc.
BEADS must not be unwrapped or used, paper goods must not be opened at all – plastic wrap must be intact.
PAPER GOODS are not returnable after the holiday has passed at all.
MISC GIFTS are to be in good working order and not used or opened.
JAZZ FEST POSTERS AND POST CARDS: Never returnable at all, not refundable.
BOAS/CLOTHING: I do not match clothing to anything not guarantee it will match your shoes, dress etc. fabrics, feathers may not be colorfast.
COLORS are named by the manufacturer and not by me and may not match your idea of the color due to the differences in cameras and computer resolutions and other software used to create photos for upload to the various websites. You may check the internet for variances you may expect in color names.

Items that come back in the mail as un-deliverable or rejected will have appropriate refund as if a normal return.

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions and various software used at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color.

We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
