Shipping policy
Majaneo normally ships the items stored in US warehouse within 1-2 business days from the day that receiving the orders, or ship the items stored in Hong Kong warehouse within 4-5 business days . A USPS tracking number or FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the item is shipped.
The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. In most cases packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
International shipping For light weight item, if you choose USPS first class to ship internationally, transit time may vary from 7~20 business days. Decline to buy insurance means you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred during shipping. In most case, no Custom duty is collected. However, if there is any, buyer is responsible for Custom duty. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Please contact your country’s Custom before placing any orders.
Return policy
Please read the following return policy carefully before you unpack the product(s).
Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. Majaneo will NOT accept any washed or damaged returned products. All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon, and cardboard. There will be a 10% charge of your product price for re-stocking if any accessory is missing. Anything which is wrapped in vacuum compression bag such as pillows and comforters, it can NOT be returned once the vacuum compression bag has been torn off. If the item you want to return has been purchased over one month, there will be a 25% charge of your product price for the late return.How to return?

Please email with your order information and reason for return. The Customer Service will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays.
