Shipping policy
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 – 5 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may also impact your estimated delivery date. Overnight delivery is not available. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive shipment confirmation once your order is shipped. You can track your order using your tracking number while it is in transit. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
4. DAMAGES
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING. Once it is shipped, it is out of our control. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Remember to take pictures of the damaged item and save all packaging materials before filing a claim.

Return policy

Most items in our shop may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Requests for return or exchange after 30 days will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Items sold “As-Is” and/or marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged. Returned Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging and contents. Please allow 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the return. We reserve the right to deny any return not meeting these guidelines.
2. RETURNS ON HANDMADE ITEMS
Returns for handmade items are decided on a case-by-case basis. When purchasing these items, the Buyer acknowledges he/she has examined it to the extent desired, or has chosen not to examine the item. We will honor certain requests for a refund based directly on issues arising on our end.
3. RETURNS ON USED ITEMS
Used items are not eligible for return or exchange as they are sold AS-IS without warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. When purchasing used items you acknowledge that you have examined the item in its entirety, including its description and photos, to the extent desired. Requests for returns or exchanges based directly on issues arising on our end will be honored.
4. RETURNS ON INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• Contact us as soon as possible to initiate the return process.
• Write a brief explanation as to why you wish to return the item.
• Submit any photos of the defective item(s) you wish to return.
You will not be responsible for return shipping on items you receive that are defective or incorrect. We do not accept returns on merchandise damaged, opened, or altered by the customer.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COST
We will pay the return shipping costs on items sold with Free Shipping, for the exceptions mentioned in SECTION 6: RETURNS & IMPULSE/UNPLANNED PURCHASING of this policy. Items purchased without free shipping will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
6. RETURNS & IMPULSE/UNPLANNED PURCHASING
While it is our goal to make every customer happy and satisfied with their purchase, we cannot pay for return shipping due to impulse/unplanned purchasing, failure to examine the product, its description, and photos before purchasing, or other issues that could have been avoided by the Buyer.
Examples: Buyer wishes to return a black clock because it is not red. / Buyer wishes to return an 8 inch clock because it is not 10 inches. / Buyer wishes to return a round clock because it is not square.
Regardless of the initial shipping fee, free or otherwise, Return Shipping Cost will be paid by the Buyer when requests for returns are based on impulse or unplanned purchasing.
