Return policy
None: All purchases finalNO RETURNS ON INFLATABLES, unless not as described. All other Items must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it.Returns accepted on all items (except custom or special order) in new, unused/unopened condition within 7 days of purchase for a refund less any shipping and handling charges and a 25% restocking fee. All returns require a RMA #, if you have a return please email me for the RGA# and return instructions. Any returns shipped without RGA numbers will not be accepted. There will be no returns/exchanges on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or tampered with. No Returns will be accepted after October 25th,2017 (unless you received an item that is not as described).Please allow 4-6 weeks processing on all approved returned items during the peak season(Sept-Oct). Once your return has been inspected and approved,a partial refund will be issued back to your account. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back unwanted items.
