Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

K.Brand Store products will be shipped out during business days before 12 P.M. (PST). Please note that orders received after 12pm PST will be shipped on the next business day. (All orders starting after 12:00 p.m. PST on Fridays will be shipped on following Monday.)

Please Note: To help ensure proper delivery of shipments, a signature is required upon delivery for products that is greater than or equal to $99 value.

If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within three business days to advise you about the situation.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

All products for returns and exchanges will be processed after reviewing the item at our warehouse upon receiving it. All return or exchange claims will be closed or denied if there is no response within 30 days after contact.

Refunds:
If the customer would like to return a purchase for a refund, the customer must claim a return within 30 days upon receiving the item and return the item in its original packaging with all accessories. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST. If the item has been opened, a 5% boxing fee will be applied. If the item has been used or has unclaimed damages, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Exchanges:
If the customer would like to exchange a purchase, the customer must claim an exchange within 30 days upon receiving the item and return the item in its original packaging with all accessories. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, the customer will be contacted in regards to exchanging their product, cost differences, fees, etc.
*If the item has been opened, a 5% boxing fee could be applied. If the item has been used or has unclaimed damages, a 15% restocking fee could be applied.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item:
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, you must claim a return within 14 days of receiving the item and return the item in its original packaging with all accessories. When making a claim, proof of defect damages must be provided. Once confirmed, we will provide a return label at free of cost.

Cancellation:
All orders that are cancelled before the item is delivered, will receive a full refund with no shipping costs. If a request to cancel an order has been made after the product has already been shipped, K.Brand Store will not be responsible for all or partial shipping costs. In this case, the customer will be responsible for sending back the cancelled item.
