Standard refund policy, unless otherwise noted: All merchandise is refundable the amount paid for merchandise (specified shipping excluded) within 30 days of delivery date. Return shipping charge is the buyer’s responsibility.
Alternate refund policy: Written receipt email or phone call must be received within 24 hours of delivery notice of any Bridal Gowns, bride’s maid, prom, pageant, homecoming, and all formal event dresses, shoes, purses, accessories & décor. Items must be repackaged, unworn or unused with original tags intact and postmarked for return 72 hours after delivery.
