Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 1 business day. We use FedEx for all of our deliveries and ship throughout the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. We can also ship non-perishable items to Canada but please call our customer service department at 877.236.9183 for complete details on shipping to Canada.

Return policy

We do not accept returns for perishable food products. Returns can be made for non-perishable items as long as you contact us within one business day of receiving the order.

Although we pack all of our orders with care, sometimes the ride can get a little bit bumpy. If something does break in transit please take a picture of the broken item and contact our customer service department at 877.236.9183 as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

Should you receive and incorrect item, please also contact us within 1 business day of receiving the package to arrange an exchange.
