EzMonsterDeals.com is formerly known as Jenstad Collectibles, founded in 1998. Over the years, customers’ shopping activity helped us grow into a full-time business because at our company ‘The Customer Comes First’. Our goal is to help customers achieve a great shopping experience.

Our slogan is ‘Something for Everyone’. We sell a variety of products including toys, collectibles, sporting goods, home, kitchen, misc. items and much more. Feel free to browse in our store.

As of 11/17/23, we shut down our Bonanza Store permanently. We apoligize to all of our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot justify or operate our business on bonanza due to the rise in costs.

Shipping policy

Items are shipped on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays only(excluding weekends & holidays) with tracking. During holiday seasons, expect longer delivery times & delays. Any issues, please feel free to contact our company.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

Refunds within 30 days of delivered tracking. Buyer pays for return S&H charges. All items must be returned in same condition as-sent. Buyer will receive original price, minus S&H. Please contact us for full return details.

All items are fully inspected before any refund is given. Any items, not sent back and/or items returned in otherwise described condition, will be rejected for returns.

**Non-Returnable goods: We cannot accept returns on any of the following items- food, undergarments, health & beauty products and any items that have been used, tried-on, sampled and/or was removed from original packaging.

*Please verify buyers correct size for undergarments and/or any clothing item, before purchasing. Due to U.S. health code regulations, Our company cannot accept returns on open packages, worn/used or sampling of products.

We don’t not provide any warranties or services, or guarantees for quality of products. If an item should be faulty, please contact original manufacturer.
