Hello everyone! We are a high-end women’s clothing custom studio established in 2014, located in Shanghai, China. We specialize in the production and sale of various types of tulle skirts outfit, chiffon skirts, cocktail dresses, and formal skirts for parties, gatherings, weddings, and other formal occasions. Most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, and we also offer “customization based on customer-provided images,” so there are no size or color limitations. This flexibility has earned us a large base of returning customers, which has become our biggest advantage as a store. Over the past decade, we have sold thousands of items and received numerous praises from our buyers.

The market is filled with a wide range of similar products, but what we have always persisted in is our pursuit of product quality. We have experienced tailors and designers with over ten years of expertise. We only collaborate with the highest-quality fabric suppliers in the market. The majority of the product photos on our website are taken by us, and we can guarantee that the items received by the buyers will be exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Before shipping, we conduct a double-check on each item to ensure its quality.

We have a comprehensive return and exchange policy. Within 30 days of receiving the goods, if there are any quality issues, or if the buyer simply doesn’t want or like the item, we offer returns and exchanges (excluding custom-sized orders). In cases where it is confirmed to be our quality problem, we provide a full refund including return shipping costs. Since most of our products are made-to-order, the processing time is 7-10 days, so we recommend placing orders as early as possible.     - Air mail with a registered tracking number. You can track the status on the internet.
    - It will usually take 10 business days to arrive. For peak season, it may take longer around 20 days. All the packages could be tracked on the below websites with the tracking number. If you don’t know how to track your package, please just let us know. We’d love to help track it.

- If you think the item is wrong size or severe quality problem (color / fabric), please contact and send photos to us within 3 days. We would check immediately to find a solution together with you ASAP. Please attention about the timeline, otherwise, you have to take full responsibility for this case.

- If the item is damaged on transit or package is broken, please contact us and send the photos to us within 3 days. We would apply for compensation with shipping agency immediately. Please attention about the timeline, otherwise, you have to take full responsibility for this case.

- Customized orders no return and exchange except the serious quality problem. Please contact us for solution by email.

- Batch order no return and exchange only if bad quality or damaged items. Please contact us for solution by email once your receive the items within 5 days.

Return and refund Available:
