We specialize in extraordinary quality tailored pet wear, and accessories at affordable value. All items are picked and packed with loving care from our own distribution facilities. Shipping policy

We carefully pick and pack all of our products and ship them from our distribution centers located in the USA. Currently, we ship only to addresses and P.O. Boxes in the USA States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders ship within 1-3 days of order receipt. Few exceptions are those items that may require factory order if stock is low. Factory ordered items ship within 3-5 business days. We ship economy unless otherwise specified. Tracking ID is updated at time of shipment and can be found on your order history. Any order that is not deliverable as addressed and is returned to our facility will be assessed a restock fee of 20% to cover shipping and handling.

Return policy

Return Instructions & Policies: Please contact us for return instructions. Authorized items being returned must be in its original shipped condition, unopened, unused, packed in the Manufacturer Packaging, and include purchase receipts or invoices, attached mfg. tags, and small parts or accessories that are part of the item as originally shipped with the item must accompany all returns to qualify for any applicable refund or portion thereof. We accept returns within 14-days of order date only. Returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of order will be returned to the buyer. As reputable sellers we follow strict Health & Sanitation Laws, and as such, any returned item are required to be returned as in its original shipped condition complete with attached mfg. tags, and devoid of any foreign material, pet hair, fur, stains, tears odors, scratches, punctures, teeth marks, pulls etc. Restock fee range from 25% to 50% and will be deducted from the returned item plus the seller’s shipping costs incurred to ship order to buyer. Pet Apparel, Accessory items and Costumes returned after the Holiday (ie., Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras,Easter, 4th of July) are assessed at a minimum 50% restocking fee. Damaged goods returned assess at 100% restock fee. Any foreign material or damage (i.e. pet fur, hair, stains, odors, scratches, teeth marks, punctures, etc.) found on the returned item will result in a 50%-100% restock fee deduction depending on condition of item being returned. Any item returned after the thresh hold of 30 days of order placement, will not be eligible for any portion of refund. Any item not returned in its original shipped condition, will not be eligible for any portion of refund. For your peace of mind we recommend that the package be insured, in case of loss (cost of return shipping and insurance is non-refundable). Applicable Refunds are issued when item is returned to our facility and after inspection. Exchanges are not processed without a new order.
