Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Design Studio D uses UPS or FedEx Ground services on small packages.

Large freight items will be shipped via LTL or Common Freight Carrier. All freight shipments are curbside delivery ONLY. If you require additional assistance, please notify me as soon as possible. Some shipments are eligible for white glove delivery for an additional fee (usually around $100.00 – $150.00). White glove services will place items in your home and remove all packaging materials. All freight deliveries require a good contact phone number. The freight company will call you in advance to set up a convenient date and time for your delivery.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Items received damaged will be exchanged for new product. Detailed photos showing damage to item and packaging must be emailed to [email protected] within 3 days of receipt. Depending on the damage, it may be a “whole” or a “part” replacement.

If the Buyer does not like the item he/she has purchased, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping within 14 days of receipt. Please be ware that some large freight items can cost several hundreds of dollars. All items must be re-packaged the same way it was received and arrive safely so it can be re-sold. Tracking and Insurance is required. Once the item has been received in perfect condition, the Seller will refund all monies minus original shipping costs to the Buyer and a 25% re-stocking fee.
