Shipping policy
All our items are professionally hand packaged. UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address at time of shipment. Please set your spam controls accordingly so that you receive the shipment notification. Our shipping price quoted is for the 48 U.S. Continental States. We ship via UPS Ground and UPS Surepost (No P.O. Boxes) we normally ship the same business day for payments received before 10:00 AM PST, payments received after 10:00 AM PST will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please allow 10 business days for delivery.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysI have a 30 return policy. Buyer Pays Return Shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping or defective in any way, please take a photo and send me an email and I can either refund or sent a replacement your choice. Please email me for an RA# and the returns address.
