Shipping policy

Most items are shipped Ups Ground or Ups Sure-post with a tracking number, and some will ship via USPS. You will receive the tracking and delivery information within 48 hours via email address that you provided when you purchased your item. I ship Monday thru Friday. Heavy items can only be shipped via UPS GROUND SHIPPING and I will need a physical mailing address to your home or work for delivery.

If you have an issue with your purchase please email me or call me at the number on your invoice or my card in your package. [email protected] or click on the link in my store “contact seller” and I will do my best to help resolve any issues. If item is broken from shipment I will need a photo of the broken item please email it to me.

If an item does not fit please email me at [email protected] some considerations for clothing returns will be considered, customers will be responsible for return shipping fees and any other fees that are required.

If we allow you to return the item customers will be responsible for return shipping fees and any other fees that are required, once the item has been returned and I have verified item has been returned as it was shipped in new condition and or with tags still attached to it and in original box/package, you will then be refunded via paypal or check, if you did not pay via paypal your refund will be mailed to you via check. This process could take up to 21 business days (5-7 business days for customer to return item proof of shipment is required- 5 business days for inspection of the returned item – 5-7 business days for you to receive your refund via postal service)

If you live in PR, HI, or Alaska please email me before purchase, I ship UPS ground on most items.
