Shipping policy

• Orders ship to 48 U.S. contiguous states only (no Alaska, Hawaii, Military or Canada).

We only ship to the verified address registered with Pay Pal and Amazon; if the item you purchase is returned to us as non- delivered by the postal carrier; there will be a non-negotiable 20% re-stocking charge plus shipping and handling.
Orders Not Received:
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.Each drop ship package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.
Items that have been opened or used will not qualify for a partial or full refund.
Our priority is your satisfaction; please communicate with us. We will do anything within reason to satisfy your request.

If the item purchased arrives defective, or does not function properly or is completely different than the one described you will received a full refund.

If shipping labels are placed on, or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return.
All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product or the item will not be eligible for return.
