Shipping policy
Shipping:
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment being received & cleared. I will include delivery confirmation on all shipped items so I can track and confirm that your package has been delivered.
Return Policy:
If there is an issue with an item, please let me know so I can resolve it in a timely manner. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be postmarked within 14 of purchase date to qualify for refund. Items should be returned is in the same condition as they were sold (when applicable, all tags must still be attached.) I will gladly exchange products for similar items. Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number in my records. Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, or abuse. Customer is responsible for charges incurred for shipping the item back to me, as well as the shipping on the exchanged item. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, excluding exchanges.
Please verify the product you are returning meets the above guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 3 business days from the time your product is received.

For your protection, I recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. I’m not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
