Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

1) We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states.
2) Orders are shipped on business days only (Mon. – Fri.) & are shipped within three business days of payment, usually sooner. Weekends and Federal Holidays excluded.
3) Please have complete name, correct shipping address, and contact phone number on payment invoice.
4) We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect shipping address.
5) Please make sure your physical address and email address on file is up to date and valid.
6) We will supply the tracking number for your order to PayPal as soon as it is generated.
7) We reserve the right to ship from 3rd party suppliers.
8) We cannot combine shipping, and there is no local pickup. Economy FREE shipping takes between 1-10 business days
9) All items are in stock at the time of listing. Inventory constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

*A $1.50 Cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds on any order that is requested cancelled by the buyer and refunds will reflect a reduction of $1.50
*We require buyers to inspect their products within 3 days upon receipt of their order and DIRECTLY contact us, if not satisfied.
*Item must be returned and received within 14 calendar days. Even though we offer a 14-Day Return Policy,all items returned must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
*20% Restocking Fee may be applied.
*We are a Clearinghouse for Major Retailers, therefore all returns, buyers must DIRECTLY contact us to receive proper documentation and return address.
*Some addresses within the lower 48 Continental States, may be deemed undeliverable. In this case, buyers will be immediately notified including refunds provided in their PayPal Account.
