Hello there. My name is Sharon Gale. I am the owner of Empress Depot. Nice to meet you!

I have been in customer service for over 30 years (I'm telling my age). My first job was when I was 16 working at Things Remembered and back then we were located at a small mall in the walkway area rather than in an actual store. It was a lot of fun but I also had a tough boss. Later on, after I gave my notice because I wanted to take a long summer and visit family in Illinois, my boss told me she had been tough on me because she wanted me to take her management spot since she had plans to leave in a few years. I was 16 at the time.

Well, what can I say. It was something I should have taken her up on but at that age, a long summer off in another state with family seemed a whole lot better.

I will always remember her though. Her name was Buff and she taught me well. I'm so glad she was tough on me because I know she played a major part in where I am today.

I was doing customer service at a strict time when money was counted back properly to a customer (you just did not cut corners). It was also back in the days when a customer came first and was treated with the utmost respect. It was also mandatory to wear pantyhose at my job...a BIG no-no if I did not (see my inventory of hosiery and shapewear).

I am still like this today with customer service. My customers are very important to me. Each customer is unique and special and all orders are treated with care.

I frequent many avenues on a weekly basis in order to keep stock of my current product categories. Although shipping has increased, I aim to make the shipping prices as comfortable as possible for you. Purchasing multiple listings is super easy at Empress Depot.
