Vintage Bartlett Collins glass sugar bowl with hand painted floral design.   Pre-owned in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  Measures 3 inches tall x 3 inches in diameter at the top rim and 2 3/8 inches in diameter at the bottom rim.  Bright vivid colors and many years left in it.
