The book was written by Jake Page and Charles Officer, has a 2004 copyright date and was published by Houghton, Mifflin Company. It is in very good to like new condition. There is only very slight wear at the corners and edges, of both the cover and the paper dust jacket. The spine and binding are good, and all 239 pages including index are intact and in good condition. This is a very nice book and a great story in history…
