Katy Kat Matte Lipsticks are a purr-fect collection of velvety soft and luscious-feeling lipsticks containing moisturizing shea butter and providing a demi-matte finish. Available in several georgeous shades created by CoverGirl and the one-and-only Katy Perry.
Directions: Carefully remove cap. Twist bottom to advance product. Start with clean, bare lips. Apply a lip balm to help create a smooth base. Carefully remove cap. Twist bottom to advance product. Apply lipstick either straight from the tube or with a lip brush. Blot, then reapply for a gorgeous, full color lip look. Apply as often as necessary. For external use only.
Katy Kat Matte Lipstick will arrive as shown (sealed). As far as I can tell the tubes have not been opened as UPC seal is intact. UPC seal may be on any side of the tube including over the printing. Tubes may show LIGHT shelf wear.
Colors may appear different due to monitor graphics. Please be sure this is the color name and number you want.
