Up for sale is an Athearn EMD GP-35 "geep" Diesel Locomotive themed as "Southern Pacific 6539".

I have oiled both motor and worm bearings and cleaned the wheels for good track contact.

I have also replaced all four axle gears with brand new OEM gears.

When I acquired this unit the light assembly was missing. I was able to find and install a good used one but I did not have the clip that holds the bulb in place or the copper contact. I do have a brand new bulb which I will send along.

I have also replaced some missing grab rail stanchions.

The shell is a bit dusty and could use a trip through the wash bay.

There is no box.

Overall very good survivor from 50+ years past.
