Jointed and fully dressed, this patriotic brown bear is all decked out in a red white and blue outfit with stars and stripes.  Betsy Bear is wearing a blue dress with red and white stars and an off- white collar and hem, a knitted red sweater and a red ribbon and bow hair band.  She has baby Ross Bear in white by her side wearing a blue neck scarf with white stars and sitting in a red and white striped carry sack.
