The jeans are pre-owned, the leg openings look like they were hemmed, there is fading around the rear right pocket (photo 5) and vertical fade lines on the back of the legs (photo 3), but they are still in good condition without any rips or holes.
They are size 18 (approx 15 inches across waist and 32 inches inseam).
