This was the dress that came with my Angel Face Barbie Doll from 1982. There are snap closures at the neckline and waistline and both are intact and function. There is a small discoloration as stated above on the white lace near the black sash or belt. I did take a close up photo as seen. Other than that there is some wear consistent with age and being played with regularly.
