In very good condition other than the photo of the gentleman likes to fall out if you hold it where it can slide out. Of course, most will put their own photos in it. Measures about Measures about 1 1/2 inches wide by about 1 1/8th inches wide. Locket fitting it tight and clip on back works fine. See photos.
