I have some strong opinions on this hat (because I am a Mountaineer fan and I own some gear).
1. The marks from the collegiate stickers is inconsequential. A person would have to be looking underneath the bill really hard to see that faint circle. The one on top of the bill is so faint that you have to turn it a certain way to get any glimpse of it.

2. It is a Youth size but I tried it on and it sat pretty well on my head. A smaller hat size would be fine for this hat.

3. This hat is GORGEOUS. The pictures do not do it justice. The blue is pretty luminescent and a little bling around the WV doesn't hurt
