This is a comic of Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen No. 105 published by DC Comics in Sep., 1967.  The grade is probably at least a Good- but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans. 

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  There is a 1/2" split at the top of the spine.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
