Vintage Ashtray Silver Tone. Made in Occupied Japan.not sure regarding the year but looks like a pre 1950s, post world war japan.possibly and American factory stationed in Japan. Could be professionally cleaned to make it brighter. I rather left it alone so it won’t be damaged.
