You are bidding on an older, heavy plastic O scale, unmarked, but I believe Williams or Lionel, Conrail locomotive body or shell, no trim, as shown, in the pictures. 8 inches long.  Used with light wear, no trim, maybe could use a little fine cleaning as shown. Zoom in for details.
