This listing is for the original paper shown.   Printed on single sided paper, measures approx 9.25"x12".   Sad and scary as some of the text states:

A gas casualty hospital has been arranged for and can be setup immediately in one or more of the large public schools in Lower Meriod Township.   The first choice is near the Bryn Mawr Hospital so that people needing treatment can be attended to at once by trained physicians and nurses.   The ospital set-up of feeding and supplies is greatly assited by the American Red Cross.   We believe this set-up will take care of any war gas disasters in Lower Merion Township.
