Vintage Butterick 5487 sewing pattern to make a women's tie-front halter bikini and one-piece swimsuit in a classic 1970s style. Style is reminiscent of John Kloss and the disco era. Available in Misses' Size 16, Bust 38". Pattern is cut, counted and complete. Please read full condition description below. OOP pattern circa 1978. Sized for moderate stretch knits only. Misses' Bikini and Swimsuit: Halter bias bikini top, has V neckline, attached self ties, elasticized edges, self knot trim, and lingerie hook closing. Bikini bottoms, gathered at front into forward side seams has elasticized edges and lined crotch. Bias one-piece swimsuit has V neckline, under bust seaming, attached self straps crossing in back, lingerie hook closings, elasticized edges, lined crotch and self knot trim.

Envelope Condition: Envelope has holes, tears and browning from age along with storage wear. Back flap is in poor condition with tears and heavy creasing. Back of envelope has a few abrasions making some of the wording hard to read. Envelope front has writing and a store stamp.

Pattern will be shipped in an archival plastic sleeve.
