The white stitching just stands right out against the black & the scalloped edging adds a feminine touch. This can be untucked as well. There is a back zip on the skirt & this does have stretch to it. Shirt, shoulder to shoulder measures 15" x pit to pit measures 20" x shoulder to hem measures 25". Skirt lying flat measures 15" across waist x waist to hem measures 26".
