Osmocote Flower and Vegetable Smart-Release Plant Food is specially developed to provide the perfect nutirition to meet your perennials and garden vegetables' needs. It features a 14-14-14 balanced formula which helps promote stronger roots, and bountiful and healthier vegetables and plants.

This granular formulation is coated with semi-permeable resin which allows the water to penetrate and dissolve the nutrients that are stored in each granule.

It works by releasing the nutrients according to the temperature of the soil and according to the vital needs of the plants. It ensures to feed and give the nutritional needs of your plants for up to 4 months so they can flourish and grow healthier.

This slow release fertilizer is designed for use on garden vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, melons, berries, and perennials.

Use:
Garden vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, melons, berries, and perennials

Application:
Sprinkle a scoopful or approximately 3 tablespoons of fertilizer per 2 gal. pot or about 4 sq. ft. Mix into top 1 to 3 in. of soil. Water regularly. Reapply every 4 months.

Suggested Application and Rates:

Vegetable Plants:

New Vegetable Bed: 3 Tablespoon per 4 sq. ft.
Large Plants (Tomatoes and Peppers): 4 Tablespoon per 4 sq. ft.
Small Plants (Carrots, Onions, Corns and Beans): 3 Tablespoon per 10 ft. of garden row

Young Trees and Shrubs (measured in spread of branches):
Branch Spread: 2 ft. - 3 Tablespoon, 4 ft. - 6 Tablespoon

Beds and Flowers:
New Flower Garden Bed: 3 Tablespoon per 4 sq. ft.
Bedding Transplants: 1 teaspoon per 4-inch plant
Bulbs: 1/2 teaspoon per bulb
