Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no holes, tears or stains. Smoke free environment. This may look like this has pilling, but this is a Jersey knit / flannel where the texture of the material is made like this. Of course this is pre-owned, so I'm sure there is some typical wear, but nothing major. I showed this close up in the last picture. This is a very nice shirt that is very soft & drapes nicely. There is some stretch to it. There are thumb holes and this fades into 2 colors. Shoulder to shoulder measures 19" x pit to pit measures 23" x shoulder to hem measures 30" x sleeve length measures 26".
