HOW TO APPLY EYELASHES:
1. Check fit: Lay eyelash on top of your natural; trim if needed

2. Apply eyelash adhesive to lash band; 30 seconds for adhesive to become slightly tacky. 

3. Apply eyelash along natural lash line. Hold, allowing adhesive to dry completely.

HOW TO CARE V-LUXE REAL MINK LASHES:
1. Handle your lashes with extra care; never tug on individual strands. WHen removing from try, grip both outer corners of lash band and lift off.

2. When applying lashes or glue, avoid pulling or ripping lashes

3. When cleaning lashes, do not rub the individual strands of hair.

HOW TO STORE YOUR EYELASHES:
Place the newly cleaned eyelashes in V-LUXE eyelash case until your are ready to wear them again. V-LUXE eyelash case helps preserve lashes in their best condition for reuse. Lashes can be used up to 25 times with proper care.

PAYMENT

  • We only accept payments via paypal
  • Payment must be made within 3 days after auctions end or committed to buy
  • Any unpaid cases after 3 days will automatically go to open case

SHIPPING

  • We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
  • All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
  • Any questions regarding shipping or items, please feel free to contact us.
  • We inspect all items before we pack for shipping
  • Please allow a processing and handling time of no more than 1 business day.
    • For International orders:
  • International shipping usually takes 15 to 30 business days depending on port conditions and destination. In some cases, shipping may take up to 45 days due to customs hold or issues within the postal service in your country.

RETURNS

  • Original Shipping fees & handling charges are non-refundable
  • Return and exchanges are only available within 14 days of receiving item.
  • All items must be returned in the original package and unused conditions. (In case of missing original packaging, we cannot offer 100% money back for the item.)
  • All clearance and chemical items are non-refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
  • Exchanges to different items due to customer's change of mind, will result in another shipping charge at the customer's responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility
