WARRANTY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We strive for complete customer satisfaction with all of our transactions. On the rare occasion that an item you purchased from us has a problem or is not what you ordered/expected, PLEASE DO NOT IMMEDIATELY LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR OPEN A CASE WITH OR PAYPAL. Do not just return the item to us without contacting us first as you will have to obtain a fully authorized RMA...You will have plenty of time to work out a solution if we cannot completely resolve your issue.

Please use the "ask seller a question" link on the completed auction page to inform us of the issue. Please thoroughly describe the issue, including any troubleshooting that you may have tried. Using "ask seller a question" from the auction page rather than emailing us directly will allow to also see the information and review any correspondence if a case is opened later. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do our best to help you resolve your issue. Please allow us a business day or two to reply. If your issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will first attempt to repair the item or offer are placement item for any item that was guaranteed against DOA. We reserve the right to decide whether we give a refund or replacement. Items returned to us without prior contact and authorization will be refused and/or not returned.

We only ship to CONFIRMED addresses to qualify for the seller and buyer protection policy. We do NOT drop ship or ship to third party addresses. Please enter the correct confirmed shipping address listed in as our shipping department does not see the PayPal transaction and will not be able to see any other addresses.

Shipping Fees: If shipped outside of the United States there will be fees over and above what is included in item price & shipping cost. All Transcontinental Shipments are given to’s Global Program to arrange for the import customs, duties, taxes, and charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Shipping prices are not negotiable, unless you feel the shipping calculator is incorrect for purchases of more than 1 item. The shipping cost will include secure packaging and handling. We ship most items within 7-10 business days after payment has cleared. A tracking number will be available on the auction page when your item has shipped. When leaving feedback, please base your shipping time rating on the amount of time it took for us to ship your item and not how long it took for your item to arrive. We have no control over the amount of time your item takes in transit.

Local Pickup:
Items can be picked up at our warehouse showroom.  Pickups are by appointment only. After purchasing the item, send us a message requesting an invoice with the shipping costs removed. Payment through PayPal is preferred and must be made prior to pick up. Please Note: Our warehouse is not open to the public. Send us a message through to arrange for pickup. Please send us a message at least 3 business days prior to request date of arrival so that we can have your item ready for you to pick up.

PAYMENT:
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Please be aware that if you have not purchased at least 8 items  you might not be allowed to bid on this item. Your personal PayPal account must be setup and be verified PRIOR to placing a bid for this item. This is to provide protection for both the buyer and seller. We cannot accept checks of any kind or credit cards over the phone.
