Sophisticated Breton-Fleisher's or Bucilla Water Repellent Chenille, 5 skeins; Crochet Hook:
US Size 5; 21 ½ inches Hat Wire; 31 inches round elastic.

Snood Brim Sailor-Fleisher's Cheviot Zephyr or Bear Brand or Bucilla Caledonian Zephyr, 2 balls; Steel crochet hook, Size 2; 1 piece Fleishers or Bucilla Hat cord, 16 inches Buckram, 2 ¼ inches wide; 14 inches round elastic.

Twisted Braid Hat- Fleisher's or Bucilla Tapestry Wool, 4 skeins; Crochet hook, US size 5; 22 inches Grosgrain ribbon, round elastic.

Hat Gauge:
Breton - 4 sc = 1 inch
Sailor -17 sc and 19 rounds = 2 inches
Perky Snood - 4 meshes = 3 inches
Braid Hat - N/A
