I can’t enter a shipping option. I keep seeing this message…Could not find any sample rates. Most likely [URL removed] the carrier does not recognize your address, the carrier does not ship from your address to our sample destinations, or the carrier’s service is currently down…Anyone else getting this? I already reported it to support. I hope it’s not due to the eclipse…lol

Never Mind…It’s back now. It wasn’t working for about the last hour but is now.
[URL removed] It’s back again. And four saved items no longer have a shipping option. And if I remember correctly, this will trigger the lowest possible shipping option…Media Mail. I have removed the prices on these items, to keep out of public view. When back to normal I’ll fix them. One step forward, two steps back.

Hi Shot_Glass_Heaven,
Happy to hear that I’m not the only one having an issue with the postage area of a new listing. I believe it’s down and when there is a glitch like this please contact support and report it as your not only helping yourself but all of the other sellers.
Suggestion when this happens I enter a “Flat Rate Shipping” amount by looking up the rates online or if the system finally gives the rate I don’t check off any rate instead take that postage amount and enter it under the “Flat Rate Shipping” because I have noticed my shipping is not sticking with the system stating an amount so if I entered it myself it is sticking until Bonanza Support can fix the issue. I will report the issue right now to Support.
Hope this helps!
Good luck,
Rita
