Shipping policy

- PLEASE make sure about your mailing address, your order will be shipped to the exact address you provide us and it’s out of our hands to handle missing orders due to wrong provided address.

- If you wish your order to be delivered to another address, please send us a message indicate your address as soon as possible.

- It usually takes approximately 3-5 business days after ordering to have the cases actually printed. Your order will be immediately shipped as soon as they are printed and packed. All packages will be shipped by Air Mail from Vietnam (non-insurance) to HongKong, then will be worldwide delivered by Registered Airmail with tracking number.

For shipping time please refer to the shipping table below :

- USA : 15 – 20 business days
- Canada : 20 – 25 business days
- Europe & UK : 20 – 25 business days
- Australia & New Zealand : 25 – 30 business days
- Asia : 10 – 15 business days
- South America & Africa : 25 – 30 business days

(+) : Information above does not include 3 – 5 days of handling time;

(++) : Please allow 3 – 5 extra days in peak seasons (October – November – December).

- Expedited shipping is not available.

- Customers are in charge of custom duty and taxes on importation.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

In most cases, we don’t recommend Return option as shipping cost for returning items is really high (up to $50). Instead, we usually choose to offer customers Replacement / Full Refund / Partial Refund without requiring customers to return the package (Positive Feedback is required).
